Pfc. Thomas H. Wheat Jr., son of Mr. and Mrs. T. H. Wheat, Loving, graduate of Graham High. Entered Marines in 1943, trained at amp Pendleton, Cal. Served with 1st Marine Division at Okinawa. Awarded marksmanship Medal, Rifle Medal and Purple Heart. Killed on Okinawa, June 15, 1945.
