I served my entire time at USMC Recruit Depot in San Diego, CA and Camp Pendleton, CA. I was an assistant Troop Leader at ITR Training at Camp Matthews, CA. Our job was to prepare troops for Vietnam War duty.I joined on the buddy system with another Grahamite, Arlen Lee Thetford.
