Becky Lowrance Locke, daughter of E. W. (Bud) Lowrance and Dolores Lowrance, is from Graham, TX. She is in the 392nd Signal Battalion in Baltimore, Maryland, and is the Senior Human Resources NCO in 2009. She has been stationed in many different places in her 18 1/2 years in the Army. Becky is pictured on the right and her sister, Jean Ellen, is on the left.
