Wilbur E. West, son of Mr. and Mrs. Collie West, Olney, husband of Helen Donoho, attended Olney High and received BA degree from Howard payne College. Entered Marines in 1939, trained in Cal. Served in Pearl Harbor attack and S. Pacific Islands. Awarded Pres. Cit., and GCM.
