CEM William Bailey Tate, son of Mr. and Mrs. D. F. Tate, Graham, husband of Frances Bishop, attended Perrin Schools. Entered Navy in 1940, trained at San Diego. Served in Pacific, N. Atlantic and Europe. Awarded EAME Ribbon with 5 Stars, Pre-Pearl Harbor and Victory Ribbons. Discharged in 1946.
