Pvt. Earl M. Wyatt, son of Mr. and Mrs. L. M. Wyatt, Newcastle, husband of Norene Webb, attended Newcastle School. Entered Army, 1941, trained at Camp Polk, La., Ft. Knox, Ky., Desert Center, Cal., Camp Pickett Va. and Indiantown Gap, Pa. Served in England and France. Awarded Purple Heart. Killed in Action in France, Aug 10, 1944.
