Pfc. Charles R. Bills, son of Mrs. Betty Bills, Olney, husband of Mary Howard, attended Olney High. Entered Army, 1943, trained at Ft. Riley, Kan. Served in N. Africa, Anio to Rome and S. France. Awarded 3 Battle Stars, Pres. Citation, Purple Heart and Campaign Medals. Killed in Southern France in 1944.
